Loss of computer time!  As much as 2 weeks in high school situation. Would depend on the severity of the offense.

The effect on other needs for computer access - too bad!

There has been little repetitive negative behavior as a result of banning for a time from all computer access.

Of course there would be appropriate opportunity for a do-over or other chances
